Chartrend provides general educational technical market research. It is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, financial planner, or execution service. The service does not provide personalized advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset.
Accounts
- Users must provide accurate account information and keep authentication credentials secure.
- An account may not be shared, sold, transferred, scraped, or used to bypass usage controls.
- The account holder is responsible for activity performed through the account unless unauthorized access is promptly reported.
Trial and subscription
A new account may receive a seven-day Pro access period. After that period, research pages may be locked until a paid subscription is activated. The current individual subscription price is shown on the Pricing page and in Stripe Checkout. Billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are governed by the checkout information and applicable law.
Market data and research limitations
- Market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or different from prices available through a broker or venue.
- Calculations are based on completed provider periods and are sensitive to the selected instrument, timeframe, provider history, and methodology version.
- Evidence scores, market regimes, structure areas, and historical summaries are research descriptions, not probabilities or guarantees.
- Users are responsible for independently verifying information before making any financial or trading decision.
Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the service, probe security controls, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not reproduce, resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute the service or its output unless Chartrend has agreed in writing.
- Do not use automated systems to extract data or content beyond ordinary personal use without permission.
- Do not use Chartrend in a way that violates law, third-party rights, market rules, or contractual duties.
Availability and changes
Chartrend may add, change, suspend, or remove features, supported markets, providers, limits, and plans. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside Chartrend's control.
Intellectual property
Chartrend and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, interface, methodology, documentation, and original content. Users retain rights in information they submit, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service.
Responsibility and limitation
Use of Chartrend is at the user's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular financial decision. Chartrend is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, broker actions, provider errors, or decisions made using the service.
Governing location and changes
Chartrend is based in Ontario, Canada. These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the user accepts the revised terms, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
